Jennifer Nguyen, FNP-BC

Jennifer Nguyen, FNP-BC, is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in orthopedic spine care. She works closely and collaboratively with fellowship-trained orthopedic spine surgeons at the Southern California Orthopedic Institute in Bakersfield.

Jennifer routinely treats patients with acute and chronic neck and back pain, degenerative spine conditions, disc herniations and disorders, spinal stenosis, radiculopathy, and post-surgical recovery. She takes a thoughtful, comprehensive approach to each evaluation and develops individualized treatment plans tailored to a patient’s medical history, functional goals, and lifestyle.

She is deeply committed to patient-centered care and believes that education and shared decision-making are essential to achieving optimal outcomes. When surgical intervention is necessary, Jennifer remains closely involved throughout the perioperative and recovery process to provide continuity, guidance, and support.
