Fernando Cazares Jr., PT, DPT

Fernando was born in Honolulu, Hawai’i, and moved to Southern California as a child for school. Since graduating in 2024, he has worked in acute care at a trauma center, outpatient orthopedics, and sports rehab. Fernando became interested in working as a physical therapist because he loves empowering patients to find their inner strength during difficult times. Fernando would like to instill hope in all his patients.

In Fernando’s spare time, he runs a mentorship program for students pursuing physical therapy careers. Fernando also volunteers his time to work with community health workers in Malawi.

Fernando loves dance, concerts, festivals, art, and movies.

Fernando is available to see patients at the Van Nuys office.
