Christopher Pham, MD

Christopher Pham, MD, is a plastic, hand, and microsurgeon serving patients throughout Kern County. He specializes in treating conditions and injuries affecting the hand, wrist, fingers, nerves, tendons, and surrounding soft tissues. His advanced training in both plastic and reconstructive surgery as well as hand and microsurgery allows him to approach complex problems with an emphasis on restoring both function and form.

Dr. Pham earned his Bachelor of Science in molecular, cell, and developmental biology from the University of California, Santa Barbara, graduating magna cum laude and as a member of Phi Beta Kappa. He received his M.D. from the Keck School of Medicine of the University of Southern California, graduating with highest distinction. He completed residency training in plastic and reconstructive surgery before pursuing fellowship training in hand and microsurgery at the University of California, Los Angeles.

Dr. Pham’s clinical interests include hand and wrist fractures, arthritis, nerve compression conditions such as carpal tunnel syndrome, tendon disorders, complex wounds, traumatic injuries, and reconstructive procedures. His plastic surgery background provides additional expertise in microsurgical reconstruction, complex soft-tissue repair, and nerve and tendon procedures.
