Physician Assistant to: Kamil Erfanian
Anoop Gill was born in Bakersfield and is a member of the orthopedic hand team at SCOI. He specializes in diagnosing and treating conditions affecting the hand, wrist, and upper extremities. After three years in outpatient internal medicine, Anoop transitioned into orthopedics to focus more closely on musculoskeletal care and help patients regain strength, function, and confidence in their daily lives.
Anoop brings a blend of internal medicine experience and a holistic, patient-first approach to every visit, emphasizing conservative treatment when appropriate and empowering patients with clear, compassionate education.
Anoop earned his master’s in physician assistant studies from the University of Florida and is board-certified through the NCCPA. His background in chronic care management has strengthened his ability to look at the full picture, ensuring patients feel heard and supported—whether they’re recovering from surgery, navigating a new diagnosis, or working toward improved mobility.
Outside of work, Anoop enjoys traveling, trying out new restaurants, and spending time with family and friends.
Anoop is available to see patients in our Bakersfield office.
