Dr. Saied attended California State University Bakersfield for his undergraduate degree before entering Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine for his orthopedic surgery residency.
Dr. Saied’s medical training was further enhanced by a one year Fellowship at the Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, during which time he specialized in joint replacement arthroplasty and participated in the surgical treatment of 400 joint replacement patients.
Dr. Saied also performs unicompartmental or partial knee replacements, an effective procedure used with patients whose joint destruction involves only one compartment of the knee. He performs arthroscopies of the knee for the treatment of torn cartilage and many other indications.
His own ongoing educational process continues in an effort to stay current with new treatment methods for the benefit of his patients. He is Board Eligible by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and is a Fellow in the American Orthopaedic Association.
